When I first recieved the offer on 8/1/08, it look very interesting. So I called and gave them my information. I looked up the company over the weekend and saw how they had many complaints against them. That Monday (8/4/08) i called the customer service phone number 800-815-6952 and chose option 5 which was to cancel the membership. It then explained to me that due to high volume, they have my number in their system and will call back soon.
Well let's just same that I didn't recieve a call that day or the next four days after that. I went on their website and sent an email and still no respone. The fee of $79.00 was later taken out of my account, yet no one from that company has yet to call me back. On the back of the letter it clearly states that if I contact them to deactivate my account prior to my activation payment date, then they will cancel my membership and will not charge my fee. My complaint is that i've been calling this same number for weeks and no one has called me back, yet they took my $79, when i've been calling to cancel my membership.
