I supposedly authorized a trial membership with this company when I made a purchase of a swivel sweeper. I was promised a $50.00 Wal-Mart gift card (which I never recieved). When I tried to cancel all the numbers given were not working numbers. Finally I found a number and called only to find out that they had already charged several months to my checking account. I requested a refund and asked that they give me written proof of my membership. I recieved a letter stating that I could listen to my tape recorded confirmation of membership by calling an 888 number. When I called that number I only got a recording stating that someone would call me at a later time. I have to this day (at least a month later) not recieved any such call. I called the first number again and was told that I just had to keep calling.
