On August 5th this company took money out of my banking account. I have no clue of anything about this company. I contacted them on 8/08 and spoke with Michelle Id #05043990 and she took my information and sent it to the central office and asked me to call back within 48 hours.
On 08/11 I called back and spoke with Amy Id#1142 and she told me that I couldnt get my money back. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was on hold for several hours and all they kept telling me was there was no one available. These people say they have evidence that i requested there service but was unable to provide me with any information as to such. Everytime i call they want my name and number and address and tell me they cant find my information in their system. I spoke with Sherry a supervisor on 08/11 and explained to her my situation and she hung up on me. This company calls themselves a Id fraudulant company and they are a ripoff...
