Didnt get my computer or what i paid to them i put a stop payment fromm my bank account

I ordered from this company they took money out of my bank account i waited and every time i call them they said they had to send me more paper work send them my driver lic. And my water bill after all this still nothing i cancelled out, put a stop payment to my bank account and ask them to send my money they said they could not do that i told them i thought they were a ripoff the lady said i couldnt talk like that
