I took out a payday loan with this GRC and when not able to repay the $400.00 they took out the $120.00 1 month after the loan was given. And it has been 15 days later and again this compony has now taken another $120.00 with no calls no emails no postal mail nothing that they were to send in the first place. And before any money was to be taken out of my bank they to send this also and did not. So now I am in the hole with my bank and again added chagers have been place on me from the bank because I did not have the money in the bank for this and this compony will not stop.
I tired to speak to someone and the only person they would let me talk to was the one whom answerd the call and refused to transfer me to anyone higher up so this could be taken care of and the more they talked the madder I got and just hung up. And called my bank to stop payment on this and try to keep them from doing it again. But like with everyone else they are still taken money. They are just going about it in a different way and need to watch my account to make sure they dont do this again. I cant close my account as I have a lot of things going in and out and just can't do it at this time. But wanted to let others know what this compony was doing and how they are sharks and to stay away.
