Bank of America didn't send me my august bill & I called them why haven't I still didn't receive my bill, the first person I talk 2 said I didn't send a july payment that's why I didn't receive my august bill. I couldn't believe it because I always made my payment on time, so I had 2 go back & check & sure enough I didn't made a july payment, turns out they never send me my bill when I called back & asked the second person why they didn't send me my bill he said they didn't update my account. I called them again & I said I'm going 2 make a payment over the phone but I'm not going 2 pay a late fee because it wasn't my fault & I don't want it 2 affect my credit the 3rd person I called said they r not require 2 send a paper bill & so therefor it's not their fault & it's not going 2 affect my credit. Well, they laid. Now I'm trying 2 refinance with other bank but it's not going through because I was 1 month late with my payment when I told them the reason they said they need me 2 call them & clear my record. Well, I called them & explain the situation they denied any wrong doing & said it's my fault. & now I'm stuck with them. I think they did it intentionally because they knew I was refinancing with other bank. They were sending me later quit often asking me 2 refinance with them.
