They take your mony no deliver and refuse to refund

This company claim they are better that Wester Union and Money Gram, I send $250 To My Wife that is in Colombia for Vacations, when she arrived to claim the Money at XOOM Authorized Location they make her what 4 Hours because they claim they do no have line, After she waited that long they say they need additional Identification, She have all Pass por birth certificate Mary License and they gibe the excuse that they need a More identification, no mater what she presented in many trips she did get gibe excuse every time.
I called Here in USA the company and after more of 2 Hours back and ford they say they cant refund the money because is our mistake she do not have id, i requested to refund my money to my account and they say they can't do it eider because the money is in Colombia, the Operator tell me SORRY YOU LOST YOUR MONEY, we not offer refunds.

What i can do where i can report it to cancel the license to them and how i can ALERT ALL THE CONSUMERS AND THE NEWS PAPERS THIS WAY OTHER PEOPLE LIKE ME NOT GET RIP_ OF BY THIS COMPANY.

Please alert xoom is a rip off
