I request to have $100.00 USD transferred to a friend in the Netherlands. As of today, January 28 the money has not been sent. Xoom tells me they are still waiting on transfer from my bank. My bank account shows they have taken the money plus their service charge. Xoom tells me they will not deposit the money until February 1st, which means it takes seven days to transfer money. When I call the support center, it is hard to hear the agent. Couple with the fact they barely speak English. I believe that I have been dupped by an Internet Scam Company. Do not use xoom.com.
