Located on my Verizon statement was a charge from ILD Teleservices. This company had "opened" an account and billed their "charges" to my phone number without personal approval. Not once but twice within 12 days!
No clear explanation was provided to clarify why this occurred.
A Verizon associate informed me of the "correct" term for this charge. "CRAMMING"
