Located on my Verizon statement was a charge from ILD Teleservices. This company had "opened" an account and billed their "charges" to my phone number with out personal approval. Not once but twice with in 12 days!
No clear explanation was provided to clarify why this occurred.
A verizion associate informed me of the "correct" term for this charge. "CRAMMING"
