Billed to Verizon phone bill as: Kool Tel America Monthly Service Fee

Have been receiving this and other 'charges' to my Verizon phone bill, starting in Feb. 2010.

The other charge (which I am following up on with Verizon) is for "ILD Teleservices" for $27.45 on 2/22/10 bill.
