I discovered a charge for around $100 on a recent credit card bill with the description of 'Essentials'. I went back and looked at previous credit card statements and 11 months prior there was another charge for around $80, and another one for $70 11 months prior to that. We do review our credit card statement, but during the holidays of course you have alot more charges from unusual places, on top of that both my wife and I are charging gifts, etc., so we hadn't noticed it in the two prior years [which is what they hope for].

If you've experienced this fraud, contact your attorney general's office and file a complaint. There's probably a form online at their website you can use. I am considering a small claims case against them to collect punative damages. From what I can see, this company has absolutley no redeeming social value and should be punished into extinction.
