Dicks Sporting Goods, Newport News, Va. This is the first time I have shopped at Dicks in over 5 years. Today, I walked into Dicks and was welcomed by a pleasant lady by the name of Sidnie. She asked if she could help me locate something. She stood looking right at me and looking right at me. There was hesitation on my part because I was taken aback by pleasant customer service attitude. I asked her about a certain product and she told me that she didn't know but she asked the cashier, Courtney. After I described as best as I could what I was looking for she directed me to a specific area of the store. I found what I was looking for and purchased it. If this is how Dicks treats their customers then I will certainly make this store my priority in all of my sports shopping needs. Thank you Lisa, store manager, for having such wonderful employees. There were other employees of whom I couldn't get their names that greeted me and offered their assistance. Walmart should learn proper customer service from dicks employee.
