My dog Rudy was injured at the hands of this kennel I boarded him 30 days and he had lost lots of hair and 20 lbs. I was shocked whn I say my dog! The smell was overwhelming and Rudy is weak and very tired. I left a 40 lb bag of food and it should have all been eaten. The bag was half full when I picked him up.
The attendants said they were glad to see Rudy go because he bites. Rudy was trained there as an attack dog so they should know he bites. I picked up Rudy and saw a fresh bleeding wound on his testicle as he was getting in my car. I went inside the store and they said he had some kind of allergy and gave me some cream.
The smell was so bad when I got home I washed him 3 times and his hair fell out by the handfulls. This is a case of serious neglect and abuse. This is the second time I have boarded him there the first time was 8 days and Rudy was hungry and thirsty. This last time I left him 30 days and he was starving and very sick and injured.
They will not let me go and look at the kennel as they say no one is allowed in the back
This store is supposed to care for animals and they are there for the money. I trusted them to care for my dog and they only abused him Please stop this company before they hurt other dogs. I have heard there have been other problems at this place too.
