Online purchase of an item in January. Two weeks for shipment. Item and packing was damaged. Notified Autosunshades, but no response. Returned item to Autosunshades, and requested refund. No response. Filed a dispute, which Rudy at Autosunshades declined. Rudy at Autosunshades claims returned item was never received. I have proof of delivery and reciept from FedEx to Rudy at Autosunshades. I have reported Autosunshades to the BBB and a few other eCommerce agencies. I have also begun a small claims suit against Rudy at Autosunshades for the amount owed to me.
