Advance Clinical Laboratories - Rudy Torres
Has not paid in the last 4 months for services rendered

Rudy Torres is a "Liar and a Theif". I have been trying to make contact with him for the last 4 months. He left me a message in April stating that was in a business merger and that he would send if not the whole amount at least half by May 16. I have called and left numerous messages with no success of "Rudy the Liar" calling me back. I think that is an appropiate name for someone like Rudy Torres!
