They debited my account but never sent my orde

I ordered lotion in the month of June. I received a confirmation, which I saved, and could never track the package. I repeatedly emailed the company requesting my order. They debited my account for the lotion and the shipping which I have the receipt. I finally requested a refund, which obviously I never received either.
