I too have been a victim of the company move you now. I have been going back and forth with one of the customer service representatives about getting my refund back. When I initially requested for my refund it took them 2 -3 months to get back to me.
When someone did "Ms Joni Chism" I was told that they have new rules and a new manager and the new rules are no one gets a refund. I instructed her that I signed up under the old rules so the new ones did not apply to me. The new manager was suppose to get back to me and I have yet to here anything.
When I wrote back to Ms. Chism I was told that if I did not receive a phone call I was not eligible for a refund. I asked why? And told them they have to do better than that. I have yet to here from them. I am glad I found this site and I am also going to contact the BBB and report them also.
I suggest that those of us whom have fell victim to this situation do the same. We have to put a stop to it because I can not speak for anyone else but I can not afford to be just throwing away $119.00. I have two children to feed.
