Aside from being a pathological liar; Joni Crane, CEO of A CREATIVE FACTORY INC., is also are one of the most selfish people I have ever met.
I can't believe that I generated over $10,000 revenue for A Creative factory for the month of Sept yet she can't even pay our loyal office workers, let alone not be able to give me (Daren T) the $ that I deserve.
She also lied to me and my accountant about my stock in the company— (she lied and told me I was 1% stockholder) and even had me on occasion go to court for her and represent the company as we have gotten sued by many clients after Joni ripped them off too...
We are discussing legal action — as we found the Delray (Fl) Court Records from August where I was sworn in by the Court Clerk as a "A Creative Factory Company Stockholder" when I went to court for you. I UNKNOWINGLY purjured myself for this woman. Do you know THIS IS A FELONY?!
My attorney says that we should wait two weeks before serving JONI papers (for all the unpaid work I did for you) It's a crime, too, that I don't have all the receipts from all the office supplies that I purchased for JONI this year but was never re-compensated for.
We do have facts & figures based soley on concrete examples — We even used JONI CRANE's slave-labor $50 web page rate to calculate these sums&
We can't find any of my paycheck stubs where I was compensated for my design labor on these projects completed for JONI CRANE:
BLUE MARTINI website 22 html/flash pages x $50 page =$1,100
Palm Beach Love Connection: 26 html/flash pages x $50 page =$ 1,300
TOTAL= A Creative Factory/Joni Crane owes Daren Turner $2,400.00 for UNPAID web design services rendered.
