Starting in January, money has been taken out of my bank account and transferred into a PayPal account. 1) I have no knowledge of PayPal. 2) I do not know how they got my bank info or the debit card, which I had to cancel. 3) PayPal stated that I have an eBay account, which to this day I never had. 4) All the packages I supposedly bought were sent to my address.
When I received a package, I would know who it was from or I would send it back! $936.00 was taken out of my account. When I called at first, they stated it would be resolved and my money refunded, then said that since it was sent to my address, I could not receive a refund! Then they kept making up excuses!
I am out $936.00. What can I do? I am sick and tired of talking to PayPal, which is why I closed down my bank account! This really makes me mad!
