Trying to get a grant for business. I can not reach them nor a number to call them. A total ripoff and I want my money back

I was looking for a way to start a business, and on line I found a so called government agency, "FEDERAL FUNDING PROGRAMS". I paid $19.97 to get access on line to government grants and now I can't locate any program or any access. The company is a total "ripoff", and now I want to warn others not to send money on line to this company. I would like my money back, along with everyone associated with this "scam" to be prosecuted to the fullest length of the law. A clear warning, this federal program is a "SCAM".
