I am the author of report #343282 and I read everyday about someone else being CHEATED, LIED TO, FRAUDED, and on and on by Sears.
I read of 'EMPLOYEE REMARKS' and 'EX-EMPLOYEE' remarks and to those individuals - YOU CAN HELP US! Pleaseeee provide us with a workable address of the President
and CEO, a telephone number that will connect DIRECTLY to their personal secretaries, a FAX number that goes DIRECTLY to the offices of the President and CEO. You all as employees and ex-employees HAVE THAT INFORMATION
and it would greatly help us all.
As you know, when we call, write, or fax the so called 'corporate headquarters' - we are NOT connected to anything but a 'call center' that Sears contracts with to handle their, so called: customer service.
We on this web site need the information that you possess as employees and ex-employees.
Pleaseee give me the email addresses of President Johnson and CEO Lampert and believe me, when they read my email and are referred to this website to see for themselves - I feel strongly all of our complaints will be addressed.
This 'corporate call center' could care less and never reports our concerns / problems to the 'big bosses' - they'd lose their jobs for treating us the negative way they do.
I beg of you sears employees and ex-employees to please help all of us on this website that have problems with sears - give us the information we need to get to the top officers. All of us would forever be greatful.
