I just want you to know what a nice employee Tom is and this comes from a Senior Citizen. Sears is judged on how their employees treat their customers. I would say Tom is a number 10. He was very courteous and professional and knowledgeable. This would be a much nicer world if there were more employees like him. Congratulations to you Sears for employing him.
