This company is a very ripoff. You can't even talk to a live person when you call to cancel your account. I just can't believe that they want you to look at your credit report for free, but yet they charge you the very next day and even when you call in to cancel your account, they don't do it. Please do not sign up or even deal with these people since they can't have a real phone number or a live person to talk with.
I am letting the Better Business Bureau know and I am also letting the FreeCredit Report company know and even the 3 credit bureaus that gives out your information for when checking your credit also know. All I know is that if I don't get my money back, I will hire a lawyer.
