52 Inch RCA TV Not Repaired After Four Months, Warranty Expiring

In March called service dept in Beaumont, TX for 52in TV to be repaired Sears could not repair they notified Conns in Beaumont, every week twice a week for 4 months tried to get TV repaired paid almost $500 for warranty which expires in Aug no one has yet been to my house to repair and no one will let me speak to CEO.
