We were called by someone who said they were with Qwest and asked to verify our information. Without knowing it was a different company and has charged us $30.00 a month on top of any long distance charges. We were paying $0.05 a minute and were happy. We were tricked by tricky wording using Qwests name and asked to verify information and never asked to switch or told any rates.
