First off, for all of you who are managers, congrats on ripping off and deceiving numerous people, it must make you feel good that you cheated so MANY people. (consumers and employees) I worked for a branch of Cydcor for about 2 months and discovered how corrupt they are. Did we all work in the same office? Certainly sounds like we did. The deception starts out right from the advertisement on monster.com or hotjobs.com.
At the end of the ad it says, "To apply, please contact our Human Resources managers, Krysten or Julie."
There is no Krysten or Julie and there is no human resources department. You walk in the office and its just one administrator NOT Krysten or Julie and 3 offices and an atmosphere room.
For everyone that is defending Cydcor, you make it sound as if those who chose not to stay in the business are not motivited and are failures. Well, lets get this straight, we choose not to participate in a business that encourages fraud and deception and brainwashes young people into thinking they will be financially indepentent in 1 to 2 years. There is so much to write about this company, I don't even know where to start.
My office ran an AT&T campaign when I started. I worked for an office in Long Island, NY. They were misleading and ripping off consumers with the AT&T calling plan and the leaders knew it. If you asked them a question, they would just play dumb or yeah I'll give AT&T a call and check that for you. YEAH right.
I was encouraged to sign people up regardless if I was saving them money and to bullsh*t them as my leader would say. Do you know how many unhappy, pissed off consumers I would run into each day complaining and having hostility towards anyone or anything that beared the name AT&T. AT&T is not the bad company, its the crooks (my office) who represent them.
The advertisement should say something like this on monster.com or hotjobs.
Entry Level Marketing Professional scam artist needed. We are hiring candidates who are deceptive, lie, cheat, and are willing to train others to do the same. If you are unethical and are motivated to make money by ripping people off, then please apply or better yet, just come in for an interview. No need to apply or send a resume. And if you are willing to work 65 hours a week with no benefits, providing your own transportation and spending a significant portion of your money on gas, cell phone charges and food, then this might be the job for you. Only those who are just out of high school need to apply as you are naive and easily brainwashed into thinking this is legit.
Just letting the truth be told for anyone actually considering taking a position with a company affiliated with Cydcor. For all the managers, JUICE to you, NOT, actually the true meaning of JUICE is this, Join Us In Cheating Everyone.
