Like everyone else, I heard the ads on Star 98.7, KIIS FM for LIPOZAP. It sounded like a great idea so I went for my free consultation. Everyone was sooo friendly and I saw all of the before and after pictures, read the testimonials— it seemed so legit. I took out a loan that the consultants at MedAesthetica said was best for my situation, so basically I paid them $4150.00 up front for basically 3 treatments. After only 3 treatments I knew this was not for me. The pain was intolerable for me and after changing my diet and eating habits, nothing at all had changed. I spoke with my Dr., Dr. Adams and told her that I wanted a refund and wanted to stop my treatments. She had them e-mail me an inquiry form which I completed. This was in January. Whenever I called to follow up on my refund no one was ever available to talk to me. I can't tell you how many messages I have left. I even went down to their office to speak with the Dr. Who was supposed to "oversee" my treatment but she conveniently wasn't there even though I know she was. I sent them a certified letter which didn't amount to anyone calling me back. I sent tons of e-mails which went unanswered. Basically they are a bunch of theives who stole my money and I want them to pay for it. I want my money back and we need to start a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. Their treatment doesn't work and left my body with pigmentation whereever the treatment areas were. My body is lumpy and disgusting. This is not right. I want them to make amends and not get away with this. All of us who have been ripped off need to not let them get away with this!
