The product Lipozap was promised to lower my body fat and weist line, but in fact did the opposite with the increase of my weist line, weight, and body fat. After several painful treatments as schedules by Medaesthetica Medical Group and $2,802.50 later I was left with the result being opposite than what was promised to me. I was measured prior and at completion of the treatment as directed by Medaesthetica Medical Group leaving me unsatisfied with the results due to the increase of my weist line and body fat which are in fact the opposite results than what i was promised by the sales persons upon entering treatment with Medaesthetica Medical Group.in the end I recieved several painful treatments as scheduled by the Medaesthetica Medical Group and did not recieve the product quality i was promised. Upon completion of my last treatment I was unsatisfied with the result of the treatment and when I directed it to a sales consultant in person they informed me thats for an additional $2,900.00 and diffrent type of product the Medaesthetica Medical Group guarenteed me once again 100% satisfaction in taking care of my weight and body fat. I have attempted to make several contacts with Medaesthetica Medical Group's customer service and I am very dissapointed after following the medical group instructions of the contract and have not had any of my request answered or acknowledged.
Resolution Sought: I would like for the Medaesthetica Medical Group to contact me to assist me with a full refund as promised by the sales person upon enterting treatment.
