I have been trying unsuccessfully so far since May 30 to get a refund back in to my checking account from SMC for overcharges totaling $233.94 which was overcharged because of their computer on-line ordering system which fraudently charged my order four times for the same order. I have called SMC numerous times over the last month to get this money returned to my account and every time I get to talk to a different person who gives me the story of "Well sir your return has been processed but it can take up to 7 to 10 business days for your checking account to be credited for the amount of $233.94". Well I've heard this same story since May 30 approximately 4 times so far and I just called this morning and was told by a customer service rep by the name of Margaret that my last claim was put in on June 20 and was processed on June 26 and would take from 7 to 10 business days to be put back in to my account. What a load of malarky. I agree with all those who have filed a complaint with this company, all you get is the runaround and I will not deal with them any more. Tom Bosley should be sued also for representing a fraudelent company like this. I would gladly particapate in a lawsuit against this company and I'll be sure and spread the word to everyone I know who might even consider contacting this company about joining their great business oppertunity (Yeah right, Ha Ha).
