I purchased (2) phone headsets for christmas presents in Nov. Did not receive until after xmas. Called and received RMA to return items and did so as instructed on Jan. 22. It is now July 17th and they still have not given me my money back.
Lana in customer service emailed me once in April asking what the amount due was and I never heard back since.
I have called them at least 25 times and they never call back. No one ever answers the phone, you only get a message to leave your number. I have emailed them at least 10 times.
Very bad customer service. And I may never see my $80.
Be careful with them.
