I paid for 3 kids with 3 different checks. This was for baseball pictures. I paid an extra 6.00 per kid to have the pictures mailed to my house. Well it has now been over 2 months and the pictures still did not come in. I also got a phone call today from one of the coaches saying that they have my pictures. I called to talk to someone at allstar photography well come to find out its only a cell phone number a lady answered and said that i was very rude cause
I told her that i paid to have them mailed so i want them mailed to my house i dont want to have to go ride all over and hunt people down for my pictues. She said i was rude cause i asked for a refund if i have to go and pick the pictures up. Its not the cost of it its the point they shouldent charge u for it to be mailed then want u to pick up the pictues. Still no refund and no pictures what a ripp off. I will never buy anything from these people. 18.00 for shipping is a lot for only one 8*10 and 2 5*7 pictues.
