Received item I did not order, was billed on credit card

I received an order that I did not place with them, was charged on my credit card (no idea how they got it) cannot find a phone number or an email address to write them.

Interest search does not find 300 Returns Road in Wallingford, CT. My credit card company will not reverse the charge unless I can prove that I have been in contact with the company disputing the delivery. Help!!!
