After speaking with "Dave Bird" about a loan i needed to clear past credit history ive made he advised me to send my information, he called me and said i was approved for a loan, he asked how much i need i said the minimum which was $5000. Faxed all my personal information along with my "contract"stating they will require $900 in advance to cover the first 4 months because of my credit. I sent the $900 via western union that same day to a person in canada! As dumb as it may sound when you are going through rough times details like these slip away and your common sense goes with it. After i sent th money called dave bird to g"ive him my refrence number, he said he will process everything and i should get the money in my account. Next day I recieve a call from "jeremy Fenwick" "senior consultant" whom ive never crossed words with before, he tells me the loan could not be released because of "information discrepancies" with the credit beauru and what i had placed and in order to recieve the money i needed to send another $900 dollars to get the loan, I was really upset and told him Forget it and i wanted my money back, i told him non of this made any sence and this wasnt right. He then told me I will get my money back on 6-27-08, i was furious and asked why it was so easy for me to get them the funds the same day yet i had to wait 2 weeks, he said the company sends refunds on a certain date, i was extremely furious and said i want my money back ASAP. I have since then called non stop, spoke to Dave bird again and told him I want my money back. Called again and i get a recording that picks up the call says "welcome" and "goodbye" right away. I will contact the authorities immediately. I hope people learn to listen to their instincts more often.
