I am contacting you because, like me, you may have been recently victimized by a company called GLDS in Dallas, Texas. Their website is located at http://www.glds.com. Their phone number is 972-819-3888, fax 972-819-8218.
They also have a website called WagnerDean at http://www.wagnerdean.com. It looks like the same website to me.
I am a client of this firm. My story is simple. I am an unemployed sales executive living in the Dallas, Texas area. I responded to some openings in my field in the Dallas morning news online. It's run by Yahoo & Hotjobs. Just type in glds in one of the job search engines, and you can see the ads.
The ad was for job openings that would be of interest to me. This turned out to be a scam, just bait and switch. I did not know that at the time so I posted my resume at
When I interviewed with GLDS, instead of openings, they told me that if I gave them money, ($700.00) they could re-write my resume, and send it out to people who would hire me. They told me they had special access to "the hidden job market".
I paid them for their service, and its been 4 months, and I don't have one interview or job offer. Not one! All of the job updates they sent me were out of date, and I did not get one response from the people they contacted for me.
So I did some investigation. I found the complaint located at http://usacomplaints.com.
When I searched GLDS, I found 9 consumer complaintss. I also did a search for Wagner Dean, and I found 13 reports. Just run a search located here, http://usacomplaints.com/, using one of the company names, and you will see what I mean.
I wish I found this site before I gave them my money. I guess they have been taking money from people like me for years.
Please help me stop this them. Read the reports on this company on the complaint. If they did the same thing to you, post a complaint on them. The link is here at: http://usacomplaints.com.
Be sure to use both company names, so they can't get away with anything. Also go to the Better Business Bureau and do the same thing.
They have to be stopped. Please help me, and others from making the same mistake.
