This company merged with another company I did business with in Nov 07. Now it is June 08 and I am being charged with no authorization at all. I have called them and they don't seem to care. They said when they can they will credit me. This is very disturbing to know that they can just charge your CC and... That is it nothing no one can do. My bank says I have to give them 30 days. Well I need my money today. When I called the company back they hung up on me.
Be very careful who you do business with online and over the phone. This is the second time this has happen although the other company credited me right away.
This company owns several other companies. I have reserched a few of them in my searching for this company. They all have bad reviews!
