Overdraft Fees, Collections Debt and ChexSystems Report

Overdraft fees and kept letting someone debit my account with no money in account received email from customer service that they blocked account but still tagged on fees and sent to collection agency that I owe $1222.00 and sent it to ChexSystems I can't open any other bank accounts
