After having troubles when we initially purchased a book shown on TV, I had great difficulty with Customer Service - 1st explaining why my bill reflected a higher amount than they were charging and then was told there was an extra $9.95 being charged to get a "news letter", which we did not order and when I asked why we were not informed about "import tax", the lady I was speaking to put the phone down on me. Needless to say, I was most upset as the book is a load of nonsence - which is why there is "no 30 day policy" to return the book if one is not satisfied. We tried to cancel 24 hours after the book was purchased as the price was changed on us in a matter of minutes and we could not cancel the order!
