I ordered and paid for a couple of book on 8-17. One book I ask for regular delivery, inwhich i got. The second book, Order Date: August 17 Order #: 104-3970371-6488267 Recipient: James N Douse... Requested express delivery and I paid via my credit card $6.99 and they lost the book. I emailed them and advise them that I never got the second book... And this person from customer service department has been email me give me excuses when about my book. I simpley told this person... To either send my book overnight delivery to me or credit my credit card... The book was suppose to here no later than August 27... Its now September 2 and I still dont have my book... Now I dont want the book... But just credit my credit card the amount that was charge to me... So i will never use youe service again... Its been a compleete time consuming night mare... I assure you i nor my friends... Willnever use... You nor hippo book, inc again...!!!
