I also hired Jk harris to help me with my tax problem. After entering into an monthly agreement of payments, I basically ended up handling my own dealings with the IRS. The IRS in turn had started garnishing my checks while the suppose OIC was suppose to be completed. When I contacted the JK Harris representative about the problem I was told that I had to work that out with the IRS. But wasn't that what I had paid all these hundreds of dollars for you to do?
When I had made phone calls to the representative that was assigned to my case it was very difficult to get her to return phone calls. When I tried to cancel my services with the company they at first told me that I wouldn't be refunded any monies. After reading the contract, I call again and thats when she proceeded to tell me that I would get a portion of the money but that wasnt a good idea because the IRS accepts OIC all the time and that my case looked very promising.
Months later my offer was DENIED by the IRS and they were still garnishing my pay checks and I was still making monthly payments to these crooks!!! JK Harris is a total rip off and I wouldn't advise anyone to use there services. I stop paying them and they are still calling and writing letters, and they can keep writing and calling because they will not get another dollar from me!
