I bought "Nitetrim" as a 30 day free trial offer and was not satisfied with the product. On it's website, contains a toll free number to contact them. So I called them and it was a recording stating for customers to create a ticket on it's website. I wrote them several times with no response concerning the product "NiteTrim" in which I wanted to return. It states on the website that they will respond within 24 hours and I did not get any response until today. They had sent me an email stating that my credit card was charged for the full amount.
In order to return the product, I needed their response with an authorization or RMA number and that did not happen. This company needs to go down and I'm not going to stop until it does.
