I ordered a "trial, FREE order" paid for the shipping, then not knowing they charged my Credit Card with $80.00 from Online Health to pay for that FREE product. Now I was sent a notice from Ecobill Pay with another $80.00 saying that they were sending me my MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION (which I did not and DO NOT want) I replied to them saying I did not want it and to please respond to me so that I know they got my response. NO RESPONSE! Tried more times, still no response, have tried phoning probably 30 times, only a recording stating that they are too busy and to try calling back in a few minutes! Tried emailing their CUSTOMER SUPPORT LINE, non existent! This product and company is a total rip.
