Their company said I was to receive a free 20 sample of their product. As I was unclear when this trial ended, I emailed them about this and received no response. Then, all of a sudden today they charged me $98.16. I learned on the phone today that my trial started the day I placed my order. How does this make any sense? How can I start my trial when I don't even have the product yet? Wtf??? What's worse is that the customer rep I spoke with had to transfer me to her supervisor in order to get a return authorization number. Both her and the rep kept on trying to get me to keep the product, even after I told her I wouldn't keep a product anyhow from a company that had such poor policies in place. Additionally, at no time during the "free trial" order did it outline the terms of the free trial (including starting, ending dates and location to return the product in case of cancellation) policy. I tried to search on the website for this info as well with no success.
Now, they are telling me the only way to get the charge credited back to my account is if I send the product back, which is going to cost an arm and a leg anyhow since they are located in Canada and I'm in California.
