I ordered wildlife control devices March. I unwittenly made the purchase through Pay Pal on the web site for $32, not a significant amount but hey.
1 Month later after getting nothing but an confirmation email from Pay Pal, I sent a email to Robert at Prosnares with an attached copy of my envoice and a request for the items. I have called 3 times and sent 3 emails since. I have also contacted Pay Pal and they said they couldn't help after 45 day's? That to me is another rip off and is why I will never use Pay Pal.
Now on the web site it says they are very far behind, yeah right, and are so "busy" that they don't check phone messages and seldom have time to check emails??? That means 2 things to me. 1 They are so disorginized they shouldn't be in business. 2. They are a total scam and hide behind Pay Pal.
I have been unable to locate a mailing address for this idiot.
The amount is nothing, really, it's the principle to me and if this has happened to a 100 other people this idiot is doing pretty good for himself.
