I placed an order in January never got my order or heard from them, despite numerous calls and emails

I placed an order for one dozen rabbit snares in January. After about one month had gone by I visited the company's web site and began sending them emails and calling them to find out about my order.

I have never gotten a call back or a response to my email and I have never gotten my order.
