I ordered 1 doz. "Inline Swiveled Beaver Snares" on Dec 31 and paid with PayPal. After 2 weeks I called and left a message requesting a status on the shipment.
I called twice more during the week and on the 3rd week, Jan 20, I sent an email requesting a refund if the snares had not already been shipped (I had made my own snares by that time).
By March 21st I had called on 2 other occasions and received the same "canned message" about how busy they were. I sent another request for a refund via email and received an automated email response saying that they were busy filling orders.
I looked on the net for complaints and found a lot, especially on sites like.
I filed a complaint form to the MInnesota Attorney General's office and received a response informing me about internet safety. Not a bit of help with an internet fraud business based in their own state!
