DO NOT order from payless lotions. As the situation appears to be with many others, once they have your money, speed of delivery is not a concern.
I ordered over $100 to get the free shipping, which seemed like a deal. However, they failed to tell me that it would take more than a month to send it out. Their website says they reserve the right to hold your order for 30 days after payment, and believe me, they plan to sit on it as long as possible.
My purchase was made on 4/17/08, the money was taken out of my account on 4/21/08. Then i waited. And waited. And waited.
I called and emailed them with no response whatsoever. Then on 5/4/08 i received an email from the yahoo shop partner stating that my package had been scheduled for delivery on 5/1/08. NOT SHIPPED.
Finally today (5/21/08) I checked my shipping number and it appears as though the package was processed by the USPS on 5/19/08.
I haven't received anything yet, i can only assume they are going to send the wrong items. Thats all the faith i have in their business ethics.
Do not order from payless lotions!
