Mailed/Telephoned to try to collect on a bogus bill from DIRECTV. I have never had an account with DIRECTV

This so called law firm/collection agency mailed/made telephone calls to my elderly in-laws in an attempt to collect on a bogus bill they claimed DIRECTV turned over to them for collection. They have my mother-in law's social security number and birthdate. My in-laws have never had an account with DIRECTV and there is no overdue amount due-confirmed by DIRECTV.
I made an attempt to call this so called law firm/collection agency and the individual who answers the phone will scream and yell and uses profanity! I have filed a complaint with the BBB in Utah and the Office of the Attorney General. This is a scam!!!
