In 2001 I leased a credit card machine. Oh yes another victim of the four year lease. Good old lfg. I didnt notice when my lease was finished in 2004. I had signed up over the phone.in may a rep from innovative merchant solutions named Arun Forbes came to my salon to update my service. Told me that they could save me a lot of money.indicated that they were the same company that processed costco. (not) Never once mentioned that the new machine was with the same lfg company that I was already with. I was very busy with customers weaving hair, cutting hair ect. Arun said that I had to get new machine that day because it was my anniversary date. I signed up with new machine. Arun was so helpful (ha ha). He called the lfg company from his cell phone and told them that we would be cancelling with them and would be sending the old equipment back. He informed me that lfg would send me authorization to send back equipment and not to give it to anyone untill I received authorization. New lease would come out of my new buisness acct. $38.95 plus taxes. Old lease was comming out of my personal acct. Would you believe that they kept taking money on old lease from my acct. I went to the bank and put a stop on them. I also called them and for the first time heard the word non cancelable lease. OH how I tried to explain that My lease expired in 2004. Yes they said it did cancel and that I was on a month to month but that I still could not cancel my lease. I thought they must be smoking crack. Then begins the collection notices on my expired non cancelable lease. And just like all the other people scamed by them all my calls to them go no where nothing but nasty people and disconected calls. Now remember I still have a new lease coming out of my new buisness acct. OH MY GOD it turns out to be them also on my new machine. At one time I asked one of their customer dis service reps if they were going to dig my bones up after I died and try and squeeze money out or would my children inherit this non cancelable lease. Their rep said I was rude (I wish). Remember the new lease is still being taken out of my acct. On May 6 malcom the leg breaker calls at 8.00 AM. After much yelling and my husband getting involved we got nowhere. On May 7th the leg breaker got into my buisness acct and stole 525.45 dollars now isnt that cute. I have gone to the bank asked for help and called to talk to 25 different people at lfg been told that they have no supervisor, no one that can straighted this out, no ceo, no corporate office, no board of directors.in fact I think they are all smoking crack and selling it. Guess what? I still have both machines. Tomorrow I will call one of the seven attorneys in our family I also plan to file a police report. (I have many friends at the sheriffs dept. I plan to call the FBI and the attorney general. I write a monthly article for the local news paper and will talk to the editor tomorrow (I do his wifes hair) hope to get front page to alert every one in the area. I will call all of the local news channels and try and get a investigative reporter on this. I have printed out every complaint I could find and plan to show them to my bank. Yes I closed all of my accts and reopened them. Lfg ms wilson the black witch said I had no right to do this (ha ha) hope her broom catches on fire. I will not let this go. If anyone has any other ideas let me know. I will try to take this as far as the end of the earth. Please excuse the spelling and run on sentences I have been on this since 6.00 AM and it is now 12:45 pm. Lets all stick togetherI will be showing all of your reports to the new media as well. If we have to take this to the president of the usa so be it.
