They are charging me for something I never ordered from them! Minneapolis Minnesota

Scholastic grolier is charging me money for something I never ordered. I have no idea why they keep sending me bills for who knows what! They have turned over the collection fee to pinnacle financial group and I have no idea why they are trying to rob me! Please help!!!
