My mother ordered barbie books for my 5 year old daughter for christmas. She paid for them and then cancelled the account.
I now recieve a bill in the mail addressed to my daughters name and they are sending my 5 year old daughter books which i send back. We also have a bill for books we never ordered. The funny thing is is that i never even ordered 1 book from this company and now my daughter is getting a bill...
On the bill there is no number for u to call to dispute any problems. There is no way to contact them.
